Question

Desperate for your advice !!

Hi ladies , Looking for your advice please. I have 3 children under 8 my youngest is 2. Myself and my hubsand have just started trying for baby number 4 . I was just wondering after 2 episiotomies and a natural tear (and god knows how many stitches) on all my babies if i get pregnant it is likely that i will have to get another one . I really do not think my body is able for another one . I know this is the risk I have to take and was just wondering if I have any other options . Thank you in advance.

I'm a massage therapist and a mommy that never tore or needed to be cut. My mentor told me to massage my opening while pregnant as much as I could and it worked. Stretching with massage and doing kegels is magic!
