Does anyone have any experience with taking vitex AC to lengthen luteal phase?

I've discovered my last few cycles my luteal phase is only 9 days long so I've seen on different forums about taking vitex Angus Castro to help regulate cycles and lots of people have success stories with taking it. Just unsure whether you take it the whole cycle or stop after ovulation? Please share your stories!

I take Vitex the whole cycle. Also 200mg of B6 a day can lengthen the luteal phase. I started taking both and mine went from about 8 to about 11 days in only one cycle.
