What's going on!?

So, i was 10 days late for my period, and I was have symptoms of pregnancy & I took a few test at first they said "negative" and a few days later I took 2 more tests and there was a faint line on both test, the faint line took awhile to come up though. I called the nurse and told her and she said "if there's a faint line it's positive" so, I made an appointment to confirm it, and the nurse didn't wait for the faint line, she threw it away right away. On the 11 day, I started bleeding, idk if it's my period or spotting, I've been bleeding for 3 days now.
