12 DPO, 2 BFN but early pregnancy symptoms?

I am around 12 DPO and I've had symptoms of sore throat, back ache, muscle pains, acne breakout (have problematic skin anyway), chest pains, sharp twinges and had feelings that I just feel pregnant.
This is my first time TTC and I really want this.

I've taken a Clear Blue Easy Pregnancy Test at 8 DPO which was a BFN. I took a Acutest Early Sign Pregnancy Test today at 12 DPO which was also a BFN. I'm not due for another 6 days.

Could this be a false negative because of how early I took them or am I definitely not pregnant?
