I wish I could help with that as I'm having the same trouble! I have had a very faint then a strong positive then I went to the doctors today who said it was negative I left there and took a clear blue digital and it said pregnant 1-2 weeks I've had a chemical before and unfortunately it could be that but it also could be due to there only being a very small amount of hcg still. What test are you using and are you using the same one? You are best to use a FR one as it picks up very small amounts

I just used some of the cheap little dipsticks from the internet but I used the same ones both times. I do have a FR and ClearBlue digital on hand so I may have to try those! I just hate to waste it.

10dpo is early to be testing. Wait a few days and try again. Best time to test is the day AF is missed/expected. Good luck ladies!

It's hard for me to determine the best time to test ???? I ovulate later in my cycle and have a shorter luteal phase. So 10 DPO when I got the BFP was the day before AF was due and the BFN I got was the morning AF was due. Should I test based on DPO or when AF is due? lol it's so confusing!

Usually the day of your missed period because the hcg will have built up a little bit.

The thing is if you have had a positive it should get darker every 2-3 days as the hcg levels increase. So by now you should be seeing some improvement. I don't want to get your hopes up as I had faint positives for a few days and it was a chemical I've also had them where they are strong and clear and it ended up being a chemical. Everybody is different
