Question

DPO vs. Expected period. I have a long cycle, and short luteal phase.

Cycle Day 1: 4/7/17
Ovulation Day (I always feel pain on one side when I ovulate): 4/27/17
DTD: 4/23/17 (right around midnight so maybe 4/24? Ha!!)& 4/28/17

My cycles are generally 30-31 days. Ovulate around day 19, then period 11 days after.
I am 6DPO, 5 days away from my period.

When is too early to test?? Some tests say "5 days before your missed period!" but that only puts me at 6DPO. THANKS!

Dpo, definitely. Days before af can be very different between women, if u know ur dpo then def stick with that. Most don't, that's why they say days before missed af on the tests. The absolute earliest I would even consider testing, would be 8dpo...and that is a stretch. If u can wait til ur due or late, def do that, but if not, then start on 8dpo and make sure u have a really long hold.
Good luck! =))
