10 days early on my period for the first time ever. Why?

Last couple of week ive had the odd tingle in my boobs, then I was really windy about a week and half ago and started with diaorhea and also had flew like symptoms. I then came on my period last Friday which is 10 days early, it wasn't extra light but lighter than usual. I still have abit of tingle in my boobs and the odd itch also. ive been feeling really tired recently and also getting heaadaches. I don't know whats going on but it is so strange. now when I have come off my period I have started with the runs again
