Does the fear ever go away? After MC?

ok I had a Mc May 19th 4 years ago, then the next year found out I was pregnant with twins I Mc one baby. Does the fear itll keep happening ever go away?

I had 3 mc's before I was finally pregnant with our now 16-month old son, it was such a massive relief to see that heartbeat. We've been trying since November 2016 for #2, and I suffered a chemical loss in January. It really knocked me back, and every month since has left me exhausted through worry and I suffer with insomnia. I'm 11dpo today, only 3 days to wait and see.
