Could I b pregnant

Im on my 3rd cycle of clomid I was 3days late for my period then had a period for only two days im now 4-5 days past ovulation ive got mild cramps and ive had some brownish red discharge when i wipe could this be implantation

Yes you could be pregnant I normally have a 30 day cycle but the month of January I had two periods and come to find out I was 5 weeks pregnant I cramped all the way to my next expected period which never showed I did spot around the time my period was due though
