So confused!

I have never experienced pregnancy but if I had to judge how I'm feeling now, it's very pregnant. I have had quick moments of pinching and puling, dull cramping and pressure. Breasts tender and tingly nipples. Nausea so bad my mouth just waters trying to keep things down. The veins in my body are more pronounced, my breasts are basically a roadmap to China at this point. All these symptoms are increasing in severity also. I have tested for the past week and all I get are faint positives. So faint that I'm questioning my sanity but have confirmed with other eyes there is most definitely color and faint lines on each and every test. I will make an appointment after the weekend, but is it possible to get these faint lines all week. I have no idea DPO or LMP as I am on BC and never get AF, however 6ish weeks ago had random day or so of light bleeding. Any thoughts? I certainly FEEL pregnant but I know my numbers are supposed to rise, but just my symptoms seem to.
