Which do I trust?! FRER or dollar store???
Got a faint positive on 11dpo and HCG levels was 35. I haven't gone back into retest because doc made it seem like my levels are low and I will have yet another chemical pregnancy (would be 3rd one this year). Have been testing with dollar store tests and they are getting? darker whereas FRER stay the same. I'm so nervous!

35 doesn't sound low for 11 dpo. I agree with Her, Doctors can be idiots. Just go back for a check-up and see if your levels have changed.
As far as the tests go, all tests are different. Some are more sensitive than others. Are you testing at the same time each round? Are you drinking more fluids before one test than another?

35 is absolutely normal for 11 dpo.
i had 100 on 14 dpo - which is perfect - and it was doubling quickly, so retrospectively it actually means it was like 40 on 12 dpo and maxim. 20 on 11 dpo. my sensitive hpt only picked up on 12 dpo (probably around 30 then).
