How big was the clot? I bled all through the first month with my first pregnancy; I even passed a few small clots (about the size of the tip of a ballpoint pen). My second pregnancy ended in a miscarriage where I passed larger clots (the size of your thumbnail) before I started cramping and had the miscarriage. You'll know if you're having a miscarriage. It literally feels like labor - the cramps are more like contractions. I hope that's not the case for you and the bleeding is just random like it was with my first pregnancy! Good luck!

It was big but not that big but I'm not having any cramping at all and thank you I'm praying for the best

No cramping is a good sign. I have no idea what causes the clots, but mine ended up being harmless, so maybe yours will be too. Take it easy for a few days just to be safe (a self-imposed "bed rest"), if you can. I'll pray for you too! Fingers crossed!

I don't think anyone can tell u what's gonna happen either way. I had a loss at 7wks that started with spotting at 4.5wks and got progressively heavier (but never needing more than a liner) by the week. Not a single clot or cramp til 6w6d when it all came flooding out. I had an OB appt the next day and he wouldn't even see me in the office, he met me at the ER. BW and US confirmed levels had dropped and uterus was empty. I then bled for another few days without a single cramp or pain. It doesn't always hurt! Not trying to be the negative one here, just want to stay realistic about the all cuz it does happen. Another possibility is a subchorionic hemmorhage/hematoma. They can bleed a bit or a lot, usually pain-free. Hopefully everything works out for the best.
