19 days late, negative blood test...pregnant??

I am 19 days late for my period. My cycles are always 28/29 days and I have never been late. I have many symptoms including breast tenderness, nausea, creamy white discharge, back pain, a mild headache, extreme fatigue,bloating, and I did experience some slight cramping when AF was supposed to come, but nothing. At 13 days late I had a negative blood test. My doctor suggested I see an OB and get tested again and possibly have a trans-vaginal ultrasound performed. I have an appointment with her next week. Overall, I feel pregnant. I can't describe it, I just feel different. Anyone else experience this?
