Question

Can I be pregnant this soon after a Miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage March 29th and stopped bleeding by April 5th, so I began having sex with my husband, my hcg level on April 14th was down to 73. I took a test Sunday April 23rd because I have been feeling a little tired... it was faint positive. I have taken tests everyday since and still getting faint positives. Can this be left over hcg or a new pregnancy?

For some people it takes several weeks for the HCG levels to go all the way down, especially if you were past the 5 or 6 weeks at the time of miscarriage. But, then again, some people ovulate immediately and get pregnant the next cycle. Everything's possible!

If you want a clear answer, go get a quantitative test and follow up two days later to see if it's going up. Best of luck!
