Has anyone got pregnant on implant

Hi all... so im on the implant have had it for 2 years this week i woke up with my breasts feeling like they did in the morning when breast feeding so full and painfull like rocks that evening when i was trying to fall asleep i got such bad cramps worse then when im due on. In my mind im like i can not be pregnant im on the implant i took a test to ease my mind but of course that decided to play games with me by having a faint line witch im then thinking nope its got to be an evap line has anyone ever fell pregnant on it?
