The odds depend on a ton of different factors; but even if all the stars align and everything goes perfectly right you have a roughly 15% - 25% chance of getting pregnant (I know, all our parents had us so scared in high school believing we'd get pregnant right away, first time... lying liars!). This site has a pretty good tool under the "Tools & Tickers" tab up at the top you can use called the "Age & Fertility Calculator". Just plug in your age and it'll spit out your odds of conceiving (again - the actual odds could be better or worse for you depending on a lot of different factors). Good luck!
