Question

Finally found something to stop me feeling nauseous...i want to check this is safe in case of BFP

Hoping this will help others...

I have been feeling nauseous for the last five days all day, along with a long list of other symptoms.

I wanted to let you know what is working for me to ease the nausea as I have tried so many things to ease sickness and they haven't worked...its so simple I love it.

Basically, mint leaves in water...cold water. even if not pregnant its worked for me so will continue to drink it...plus i like the flavour as it isn't too sickly which i am finding everything tasting too sweet at the moment...

So my question really is... is fresh mint safe during pregnancy? because if I do get a BFP this month or future months i want to make sure that by drinking this I am not risking baby.

Thanks in Advance...Baby Dust to All. x

I know peppermint tea is safe. I can't see why a few fresh leaves in some water wouldn't be. Of course, if you're stripping an entire plant bare every day then maybe you should chat with your doctor, but a handful of leaves diluted in water and spaced throughout the day shouldn't cause any harm.
