breasts are so full and painful on the top part of my breasts. Normally get sore in the sides b4 AF

My husband and I made love on days 12 and 13. It is now cycle day 20 and I've experienced horrible breast pain for the last two days. My breasts typically get sore on the sides about 2-3 days before AF. However, this breast pain is in the top of my breasts. I also feel some twinges near my ovaries. I've been bloated as well. I either feel like I am pregnant or have a raging case of PMS.
