For women with PCOS, how long did you have to wait before you got a positive result?

I have PCOS. I am 19 DPO, took a cheap dollar store test yesterday afternoon which looked positive (my photos) and then took another life brand test this morning with FMU and it's negative (my photos) seems I get a better result later in the day.

What symptoms have you excperienced while pregnant with PCOS?
