I'm 8dpo but had tuble clip ligation almost 17 years ago can I be pregnant at 39 yoa(years of age)?

I had my tuble ligation when I was 23 years old and have been wantin a mother child sense I was married at 26 but it was to expensive to have them reversed. I just been praying God seen fit to some how still bless us without it eventually. I knew a few people who had gotten pregnant after having there tubes tied and was always hopeful. I'm 8dpo today and have been having a lot of early symptoms but l tested yesterday and this morning with Walmart cheap test First Response and got a bfn both times could it just be to early I have to sons already and an adopted niece and would love to have one more. My husband doesn't have any kids of his own and it would be so exciting. I have been emotional, hip and backaches, tender breast and sore chest, dizziness, bloating, small irritating cramps and vaginal discomfort.
