How long after nexplanon birth control removal?

How long after removing my BC rod should I get AF anyone with any experience with this thank you!

Hello!
I just got my Nexplanon out on April 26th after having it since October of 2015. The next day after getting it removed I started spotting. Then the day after that I had a very heavy flow which I'm assuming is AF. I was due for it in a few days anyway. Im hoping that I will ovulate in the next 2 weeks. I'm going to be using OPKs to make sure =]
