How soon after miscarriage can you get pregnant

How soon after miscarriage could i possible get pregnant as I miscarriage from 9feb till middle of march stopped bleeding then got my period on 24 of march till 30 which was only very short for my usual 14 days but now I'm experiencing achey pain in left side like muscles pulling getting more prominent in my legs around vigana and boobs mouths very dry all time feeling more tired and dizzy to and always Hungary . Could it be possible I am pregnant or is it all just in my head I'm hoping it is im pregnant .
