I'm overweight and I was 50lbs less a year ago when I lost my twins at 9 weeks I'm concerned that being so heavy is affecting my getting pregnant so let me know if you lost weight or got in shape to help get pregnant and it worked I would love to hear how you did it anything please

hopefully this will help a bit: https://www.shadygrovefertility.com/blog/fertility-health/smallest-weight-loss-can-improve-your-fertility/

As far as losing weight I can definitely share some strategies with you. I have been as heavy as 215, and successful lost 80lbs both after my son's birth and year later after being laid up post-surgery for my knee.

Our issue is male factor infertility, all the same prior to finding that out my husband and I went on a weight loss exercise (Slimming World) knowing that 1) it would help our general health and 2) to get NHS funded treatment my BMI had to be 30 or below and it wasn't for either of us. We lost a combined 5stone (70lbs) in 6-8 months and it made no difference to the quality or numbers of my husbands sample. However we are now on treatment waiting list, we both feel 100% better and have given ourselves the best chance of our treatment working.
Good luck
