Constantly wet, ongoing cramping since weird period, loss of appetite, anyone experience this?

I am new and unsure where to post. I have 2 children already. Im not trying to conceive but will be happy either way

I usually have 5 day periods and exactly every 24 days. I was only 1 day late this month, not a big deal. Big change was it only lasted 2 days. Its been 16 days since my period, and i have not rid of the cramps! They are aggravating! Now i am having loss of appetite and have had a few insane headaches this past week that wouldnt go away, also im staying wet a lot!

I went to doc 3 days after cycle ended to reveal a complex ovarian cyst, which means its more than fluid, it had solids in it. Doctor didnt tell me size though. She ruled out pregnancy by urine and ultrasound.

My main question is; why am i still experiencing insane cramping? I have never dealt with this type of short period nor this long of cramping. I am not on birth control. Using protection. Has anyone dealt with this before? Maybe pregnant? Anyone w/similarity?
Im due for period again in 8 days.
