Question

BBT spike 4 days after Ovulation

I just started charting my BBT & using OPK's this month so I'm very new to this. I had positive OPK on 4/8/2017 CD 24 and EWCM on 4/9/2017 CD 25. My BBT went up slightly the day after from 96.82F to 96.99F but now 4 days later it's at 97.37F. Any insight or information would be greatly appreciated!!

Looks like you ovulated yesterday. If you BBT sustains above 97.3 for three more days it would confirm your actual O day (which right before a large temp spike). Positive OPK only means you're about to ovulate. It could take 2-3 days to actually pass an egg (depending on your age). You can get EWCM a few days before ovulation as well. Some women do not produce EWCM during ovulation but rather way before. Continue charting and it should be very clear soon if you've ovulated or not.
