Spotting 6 weeks pregnant

So for the past 3 days ive had some spotting. Its not a lot. I only notice it when i wipe eith toilet paper. It doesnt happen all day either just here an there enough to make me worry. I asked my doctor about it on the first day and she said not to worry about it. Its normal, i did spot with my other pregnancies but it was never this long. Could i be having a miscarriage? Im not in any pain or anything.
