Spotting after 14 days of my period, what's going on

My periods on March 9 but I have spotted on 23rd March, and next day I have slight bleeding, I was thinked that is ovulation bleeding, but my hpt was negative on 8th April and today. What's going on, am I pregnant or not

You could have ovulated, hence the spotting, but for whatever reason the egg either wasn't fertilized or didn't implant... so negative result hpt. FX though cuz you never know! Good luck :)
