Twitching in the ovary

I'm on cd28 and 8dpo. I've been feeling this odd feeling in my right ovary. Sort of like a twitch (like when you get a twitch in your eye) it's a super weird feeling, never have had this and it does not hurt. Took a test and got a BFN. Now I've been feeling super naseaous today. What could this be? I've just never experienced this twitching feeling. Please help!

Twinges. Its an early pregnancy sign. Its also too early to test. Im 9dpo and have to wait to test too. Ive also had the twinges.

Day of your expected period should you miss. The HCG should be high enough to test then
