Femara Day 1, Side Effects??

I'm on day one of taking Femara. Did anyone have drowsiness? or any side effects? I am afraid of getting fatigue because I have issues with fatigue already. Suggestions please, also if anything helps with the sleepiness.

I take the generic version, letrozole. It always makes me extremely tired. I take it an hour before I go to bed and it helps some, but by day 5 I am dead on my feet. I have endo and that makes me tired to begin with. Not much you can do but tough it out. If it gets you a baby, it will all be worth it!
