Am I pregnant

My LMP was 08/03/2017 I ovulated on 20/3/2017 and had unprotected sex on 21/3/2017 and 24/3/2017
My period was due on 2/4/2017 but I am going on 3 days late.
I had some red blood discharge on the 27/3/2017 (possible implantation ) and thought my period was starting early. But so far nothing! I did a test today but it came back negative.. could I still be pregnant ?
