Clear Positive 25miu but faint 10miu???

Last night I did a cheap test (10miu) which was positive, also did a 20miu which was also positive, this morning I did the same two tests along with a 25 miu. The 10 and 20 were faint faint positives, and the 25 min was a clear positive. What's going on? Always used cheap tests and they have gotten darker not lighter ????
