Pricking pain

My LMP is march 14 of 2017 and from 23 march to 27 march we had in protected sex.30 march I did bhcg test the result is .1 and 31 march I had pricking pain in the left lower abdomen.1 April I had mild soreness in the breast when I'm touching and white sticky creamy discharge. Am I pregnant? When I will check pregnancy test
