You can but I don't know if you would test positive just yet 8DPO. It could be implantation starting. But, cramps that are getting worse while you walk - if I were I would ask your doctor if it gets too much. It can't hurt to call and ask if patients have had that symptom manifest like that. Hopefully it's not MC or Ectopic. Could be just gas cramps too. Let me know how it goes. Good luck.

Tonight im feeling a twinge in my left side. Still feel pressure. Cramps have subsided some what. I really want a bfp

For now, you can try just lying down on your left side and massaging your lower abdomen area with two fingers to see if it's just gas. Gas can be very sharp sometimes too. If the pain gets worse, consider the ER. But personally I think it's gas. You're in my thoughts. Maybe twins? LOL! You'll be a family of 7 then. OMG! Could you imagine that?

Wow, I've never heard about that before. Hmm. I searched the symptom and it could be pregnancy sight too. It may due to increased blood flow. Interesting..
