I am just sooooo tired op bfn's its just so disappointing every-time i feel like a crazy person every month the same time i am googling every possible thing I can and every month i tell myself not to but i just cant help it... i had a chemical last month :(

I hear ya! Testing early definitely doesn't help with sanity either. I used to start at 8dpo and test til af showed (16 day LP). One thing I found that helped me not get so upset or wrapped up in all the BFN's, I would plan out my next cycle. What vitamins or supplements I wanted to take, doses, days etc. It shifted my focus from the negative, to the positive. I had something to look forward to when af showed. I had something new to be excited to try/do, so having a neg test didn't bother me nearly as much. I also had zero expectations with each cycle. Convincing myself that this cycle would fail like the others before, made the bfp (when it finally came) a huge surprise! Try to change ur view on things. Focus on the future and not the present. U can't change the present, u can change the future tho! =))

Very wise words and does make me feel a bit better, i am definitely looking at things the wrong way..... I struggled for 5 years with my first one so i think in the back of my mind it bothers me and scares me that i might struggle again for that long

You have plenty of time for a BFP to show up.
