Am I pregnant
I got off the mirena iud on 2/27/2017. I have already had two periods this month is it possible that I might have conceived this month after my first period or no my first period was from 1-3 and the last one was from 19-23. I am always wore out now and a little clingy and emotional and never have been before.

The fist cycle as you are referring to it was likely not a real cycle. Your first real cycle was probably from the 19-23. I would doubt you got pregnant this quickly as mirena users normally don't see their cycles and fertility straighten out for a couple of true cycles. I say this because I have has the mirena twice. The first time I had it in the full 5 years. Within a couple of days a had come light bleeding. Then about 28 days from when I originally took the mirena out I had the worst cycle I had ever experienced. It took us 5 cycles to conceive. This time I had it for a little over two years and when it was removed I had the same experience. A few days after removal I had some light bleeding and then about 28 days later I had a normal cycle. We are on our 4 cycle of trying and should know within 2 weeks if it was successful this time. Good luck
