Everyone I know didn't have any symptoms until they hit 6 weeks. Don't read too much into symptoms if you got a positive test.

I am pregnant 3w6d with baby number 5! This time around I have a bunch of symptoms, but my previous pregnancies I didn't start getting symptoms until at least 6 weeks. I think it may be my age, my first 4 I was 16, 20,21, and 22. This baby I'm 32 so I'm thinking my body just isn't as receptive to getting knocked up! I also got a little worried yesterday because suddenly a lot of my symptoms disappeared and I have hypothyroidism so my chance of miscarriage is higher. I took a home test to check on HCG and see if my line was fading, strongest line ever! I am sure you're fine! And congrats!!
