12dpo, dizzy and sensitive cervix, signs???

I have a few pregnancy symptoms like sore boobs, being tired, and things are starting to taste weird. I was wondering if dizziness was a symptom too. Also we has sex earlier and I noticed I got small cramps after I O. I didn't know if it was from him hitting my cervix or having a sensitive cervix would do that. Is that a sign too? Anybody get a bfp with either of those symptoms??
