Positive OPK on period day 1????????
So,TTC at 41,waiting for fertility help as everything says chances at my age are rubbish. Usually use OPK but didn't this month, still did BD around right time, since 7dpo getting symptoms but had classic symptoms only to be disappointed before so in the main ignoring them. Cycles average 28 days, but can range from 26-30 Had AF type cramps 2 days ago, CD22 way earlier than normal. If ally I get cramps only first few days. Today CD24 spotting but looks like progressing to normal flow (so not fair)....had headache last night that was still there this morning so did HPT, negative. Then did clear blue digital OPK, pretty instant flashing smiley face. Soooooo confused. Keep reading conflicting stories about OPK picking up pregnancy so thought I'd ask you lovely ladies....any thoughts?

The flashing smiley face appears when there is an increase from the baseline so it really depends on when you last tested. I found them very confusing as I had 7 days of flashing smiley faces! But then finally got a peak. Sometimes a pregnancy test doesn't pick it up which I have always found it hard to believe because I always get a positive before af but my sister didn't get one until she was almost 8 weeks! Fingers crossed for you. I'd say wait and test again
