Surgery! Didn't know I was pregnant
Hey everyone! I had gallstone surgery March 17th, and on the 20th I had a feeling, peed on a stick and low and behold I'm pregnant. I have a history of miscarriage but also 3 wonderful children. Anyway, when I had my follow up with my surgeon she bluntly suggested having an abortion and I'm n wondering if anyone had surgery while pregnant so early and how the outcome was. I'm so worried that lo will be lost????

Every time I have had surgery they gave me a pregnancy test even if I told them I knew for certain there was no chance. They should've done some protocol of that sort before you went under. If they did and it didn't come up, I wouldn't worry to much about it. The baby wouldnot have had any organs produced yet if it was a few days difference in tests.
