Implantation pain but no spotting am I out this month?

I've had really bad cramping and bloating today, I'm 8-9dpo AF is due Sunday. Has anyone else had implantation cramping but no bleeding?? I'm terrible for symptom spotting and I keep thinking I'm out this month!!

I'm 12 dpo and have had on and off cramps too! I'm hoping im not out this month and for you too. I keep a pad in just incase. try to not worry and just relax.

Im also 10DPO today and had cramps on Monday and Tuesday but no spotting or anything else! Breasts are sort of sore too so hoping for a BFP!! Testing on Sunday!!
