Funky cycle in feb, now no period. Ultrasound showed nothing.

Hi, so my LMP was February 15. It lasted about 12 days (and I never go over 5-6). It wasn't super heavy most of the days, just like light and some days were spotty. I know I O'd February 4th. I went to the gynecologist around February 28 and i had an ultrasound done and it came back fine (no masses, cysts or baby lol). My period was due march 14 and I don't have it yet but have been cramping for over a week (totally unusual for me!). Now what's really weirding me out is that for the past couple days my nipples have been crusty (there's white stuff on them and they hurt a little but not like they have before when AF is on her way- they get super sore but now they just feel bigger, heavier and the nipples hurt). I'm thinking about calling the gynecologist again if I don't get my period soon because she said to come back if it isn't regular this month...and so far all of this is so out of the ordinary. Ps. My SO hasn't been here since beginning of Feb (LDR). Any ideas? TIA
