They go by lmp becuz the avg woman doesn't know when she ovulated. See if u can get a second draw done to see how the evils are rising, that's a much better indicator of viability than a single number.

you may have ovulated later than you think. retest in 48 hours - if the numbers double or more you are perfectly fine
