Help Implantation bleed or not?

Hi Everyone.

Myself and hubby have been trying for a baby for 2 years I had an ectopic last January and had the all clear everything was ok. Then I had a early miscarriage in December. This month we have started trying again and I got a positive OPK just before midnight on the 7th and an almost positive earlier that same evening. We DTD on the 3rd 5th 8th and 10th. I have had back twinges on both sides but not at the same time since ovulation as well as tender nipples. Then in CD6 I had light brown cm when checking my cervix that lasted 2 days along with very full heavy feeling boobs twinges pulling sensations and the same back pain. Do you think this was a IB? as of yesterday I still have back pain it swaps sides all the time and I only have tender nipples if I touch them. Cervix is high and white creamy cm. 12dpo BFN this morning do you think I am out with my breast symptoms going away?
