Cycles 45-60 days low AMH in late 20s

I have been ttc for 2.5 years since coming off the pill..prior to the pill my cycles were pretty crazy too but never painful. In the last 2.5 years they're 45-60 days and each one is a bit more painful but bearable with pain relief.
My AMH is low for my age.normal antral follicle count..no cysts. I dont always ovulate but i know when i do as its so painful for a few hours at least..Searing hot pain! I am having a HSG done in a few weeks to flush and check tubes for blockages etc.. all hormones come back normal, thyroid is normal... dr has said if we get no answers it will be a laparoscopy next.. i have some auto immune disorders nothing serious...
I am wondering has anyone been in a similar situation? What is wrong with me?
The dr is puzzled also... i have aches in uterus and ovaries for whole cycle really but its bearable and af isnt too heavy... im getting worried now as to what the hell is wrong with me.. i have 2 children already 5 & 8
