clearblue test causing me concern

i took a test at 8.18 this morning said pregnant 3+
took anoth at 2.15 pm and said 2-3.
im really worried that i could be loosing my baby.
i had bloods done over a week ago and the hcg levels were 631, had another done yesterday but need to wait on results..
i had a miscarriage go wrong in august last year where i ended up having blood transfusion and to be honest i am petrfied.
do i take note of the test or not?
