Implantation bleed a week before AF due - now two days before AF due spotting and cramps - normal?

I had implantation style spotting - pink mucus exactly a week before my period is due (due Sunday) and have been doing got since because I'm.a poas addict. Started to get faint lines a couple of days ago and they're getting easier to see by the day. Then today I start cramping up, my lower back aches and when I went to the toilet I saw some more pink mucus when o wiped! I'm freeking out a little because I never had any spotting or bleeding let alone anything else with my first two pregs and I'm not sure if it's normal or whether it's a possible early miscarriage.
I mean there aren't any clots or anything that resembles a period but it's been happening since this afternoon. Has anyone else experienced this and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy? I'm going insane - it's two days before I'm due on but it's now all I can think about! Not sure what to think or do? Any help or advice would be appreciated!!
