I've never used PreSeed but I did use a similar product (Conceive Plus) and it helped me (twice)! It's not a guarantee of pregnancy, but if you tend to be a bit dry and need to use some kind of lubricant, then it's absolutely better than most of the lubricants out there (many of which have spermicide or are otherwise too thick for the swimmers to swim through very well). As for what dpo you are... do you chart your temps? I've had opk's give a peak reading the same day my temp spiked, and I've had them give a peak reading two days before my temp spiked. I asked my doctor about that and she said to go with the day before a temp spike as your day of ovulation. The opk will tell you when your hormones increase, but the temp tells you (a day later) when you've actually released an egg. If you don't temp, I'd say err on the side of caution and say today's 1 dpo - that way you don't accidentally test a day early and get a false negative. Good luck!
