BV, metronidazole, cause early/late ovulation?

So we've been trying for 19 cycles, 12 cycles tracking, blood levels, ovulation tests, temped, etc.....I lost my father 7 months ago so Ive been out of sorts, obviously, and we haven't been trying but we haven't NOT been trying. Found out right before my cycle I had BV, took meds feel fine...sorta. I haven't tracked at all, but started cycle on Feb 20th, usually ovulate on day 12-13? Been having strange smells, but MOSTLY bothered by acid reflux. I have NEVER had acid reflux, & it just started a week ago, heck I even had to ask my husband what it felt like because it was so strange for me. Husband has been working CRAZY hours & honestly have only "DD" once this month on day 14. On day 17 I felt weird so decided to take an ovulation test & had an insanely dark test line, darker than I've EVER had so I started to wonder if the meds delayed ovulation. its super early but still took a test and of course negative. Do you think the meds messed with my cycle even though
