Could I be pregnant

I am 10 dpo and I have taken a couple of different brands of test and all came back BFN. I used Clearblue digital ovulation kit to help determine when I o'd. Based on the test It was March 2 or 3. March 6-8 I had cramping, twinges, and pain in my lower stomach. I was thinking that was implantation. My CM was white like lotion and has changed to more of a watery consistency. I haven't had any episodes of dryness this cycle. I am becoming more fatigued by the day. I had a few days of sensitive breast and nipples, but that seems to have passed. I am extremely thirsty which has of course caused more bathroom breaks. I have take the opk for 4 days in a row just to see how it reads and it is always a flashing smiley face. However, still no BFP. Today I am so tired I can hardly function, I have a little cramping, and am really thirsty. Any change I could be pregnant even with all the BFN?
