Could I be pregnant?

I have a long cycle (36-38 days) ovulation should be around day 25. I am on day 13po and had light pink spotting with a lot of discharge today. Headache, backache, light cramping. My nipples look a little darker and I've been extremely tired and hungry.
With my cycle being the way it is im really not sure if I could be pregnant or if this is just extreme pms ????
Also not on birth control & I have bbt around 98 for about a week and a half. Took a test on Friday the 10 and it was negative, possible that it was took early? Supposed to start period tomorrow.
